Agenda: 1) PTOLEMY prototype is moving to its new location (Chris/Marcello) 2) Report on the answer of the second referee (Chris) 3) MoU: final approval (Alfredo, Chris, Marcello)? AoB Minutes: The container with PTOLEMy prototype components has left Princeton. The ship will leave NJ on 23rd and it is expected by January 15th or so to land to Italy. Chris loaded as much as possible but the inner part of the dilution refrigerator. It will be shipped later on in a safer way. A picture of the container is attached. The space at LNGS is ready to host the prototype. GL Cavoto made available a technician form La Sapienza for the assembling of the prototype. Please consider to spend some time at LNGS form February on for generic hardware work for technicians and physicists and student. Chris received the review of the second referee of the paper on the new filter concept. The review is very positivi and the comment and questions will be answered by Chris in the next weeks. No need to hurry up. The MoU is in a final shape. At certain point by January we can freeze it and organise a signing process on the WEB. It would be nice to have the theory paper ready asap to try to submit it either to JCAP or even try the same journal of the other one. Next meeting on January 9th.
